Currently, CREA works in the state of Zacatecas. There we developed our initial pilot program, given the prevalence of women’s microenterprises and the interest of other actors like the government and migrants in participating in the economic development of the state and a long tradition of migration. In addition, CREA works in collaboration with organizations in other states in Mexico.
Zacatecas is located between the states of Coahuila to the north, Durango to the Northwest, Nayarit to the West, San Luis Potosi to the East, with Jalisco and Aguascalientes to the South.
